LinkLingua is me
Belinda Lindsay-Clark
I started my professional life in large multinationals but soon realised that the corporate world really wasn’t a good fit for me. I longed to have the freedom to take my work wherever I went and so, having been the “unofficial” translator for much of my career, I decided to become an “official” translator.
I obtained my Diploma in Translation from the Institute of Linguists in London a year later and haven’t looked back since!
Almost 20 years have flown by, which (literally) translate into thousands and thousands of words, hundreds of different projects and not a day of boredom!
Experience
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate on many, many different projects. I have also been lucky enough to be able to focus my work on certain areas, which happen to be the ones that I am interested in and enjoy translating the most. . It is impossible to be an expert in everything, which is why, when necessary, I collaborate with external experts and then use my experience as a translator to bridge the gap between one language and another.
